This is an  AF size spanner that may be suitable for the on board toolkit of the wartime G503 "Jeep". The spanner is marked on one jaw 731A (sizes are also marked and are 3/4 and 7/8 AF), it is one of the 5 open end wrenches included in the original toolkit.
