UK DELIVERY

 

Most items are usually dispatched within 48 hours of payment. An email will be sent to the customer once the item has been processed and dispatched (if the customer supplies a valid email address that does not block our emails). Delivery will arrive via Royal Mail, or courier such as DHL. After dispatch items should be delivered within 2-5 working days. Most items will need to be signed for on arrival.

 

   FOREIGN DELIVERY

Shipping will be via Royal Mail, or courier such as DHL. After dispatch items should be delivered within 8-10 working days. All items item’s will need to be signed for on arrival. A tracking number will be provided on request.

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

The Vintage Tool Company offer a 7 day money back guarantee on receipt of goods purchased from this website if found to be faulty, so if you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within the time period. We do not accept items returned without the customer firstly making an arrangement with us to do so and secondly the customer receiving an acknowledgment from us to allow them to do so.For itemms that are not faulty or were ordered by mistake we charge a 30% re-stocking fee The buyer is responsible for all postage return costs. Money will be refunded for the item only. We will not accept any liability for damage or loss caused by the carrier whilst items are in return transit, so for your own protection, we advise that you use a traceable service that provides product compensation for any losses or damages.

 

Damage to returned items that wasn't previously stated by the buyer in prior communications will be treated as return postal damage and as such the responsibility for any claim will be solely with the buyer, we will assist you in any way we can with verifying a claim with the shipping agent. Any customer substituting an item sent to them for one that is similar but not the same forfeits any right to a return refund. The item should be returned in the condition that it arrived in along with the packaging. Failure to meet these requirements will invalidate the guarantee. Simply follow these requirements and you will receive a full refund for the item in question.

   DAMAGED ITEMS

 

In the eventuality that an item is found to be damaged on arrival, please retain all packaging and please retain the damaged item concerned. It is essential all of the packaging and the damaged item is kept. Failure to do so may forfeit a refund being issued for the damaged product. Please report the finding of a damaged item to the The Vintage Tool Company team within seven days of the item being delivered. To help process a claim we would ask that you kindly email through some photographs of the damaged item (taking care to highlight the damaged area), and a photograph of all of the packaging. If you are unable to take photographs, please let the The Vintage Tool Company team know.
